Kate has over 20 years of experience in investor relations and fundraising for investment managers. Prior to joining Atlas Capital Advisors Inc., she was a Managing Director at Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. She began her career with Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette) in the Private Fund Group. She received her BA from Bucknell University.
The US stock market index is richly valued relative to underlying fundamentals, but valuation on its own has had only a small impact on what is next for stock prices. If poor valuation were combined with a weakening economy or a clear change in equity investor sentiment, then the downside risk would be amplified.
